25 mins on the bus to get to Brixton O2. Bed was comfy af and the en-suite although small was a nice touch. The whole place was spotless. You cant go wrong for the price tbh, zero regrets.
I didn't get the code to the key safe till I called up and asked for it as there was a communication mishap between the owners. They were very apologetic and solved the issue immediately. If it wasn’t for that I would’ve given it a 10/10

Good size room, good facilities Fridge/Iron/TV/Microwave etc, comfy bed, nice hot shower, clean, nice quiet neighborhood
Was not warned about parking barrier into estate so had to park a 5 min walk away on public road. Did not receive instruction on the self check in procedure until we sent a message asking on our way there (better communication would be helpful) No milk or uht available for hot drinks. Bin not emptied from before. Quiet except for hearing regular loud talking until late night and early morning (on phone?) was difficult to ignore due to poor sound proofing so disturbed sleep

Proximity to where family live. Know the area very well. Fans!!
No hangers for our clothes. No teaspoons. No idea what the TV channels were? Terrestrial TV channels would have been a bonus.
