Great location - nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet only 7 minutes to the beach, and within walkable distance to park (Packery Channel Park), Texas Sealife Center, and restaurants.

The overflow parking description provided to us was not accurate. Also, we did not realize it was 3-stories. Finally, there could be tv’s in some other rooms. Overall this was a great property!
