So pleased everything was great

So close to everything, the room was spacious and clean. The staff were so lovely and helpful.

The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly, especially Lynn. She helped my father, who doesn't speak English , order food, give directions, and even helped us book a taxi. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Hanoi.

The bathroom was a bit small, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't my type.

The customer services at the front desk is , without exaggeration , exceptional. The staff notably Camie and the lady who handle our check-in , were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. Their genuine warmth and impeccable, fluent English ( Camie) were a major highlight. In fact their helpfulness and sincerity were the primary reasons we chose to stay for all 3 nights. The location is perfect for tourist. Situated right in the heart of the city with excellent variety of dinning options. The biggest issue is the disproportion between price and comfort. The accommodation itself feels more akin to a simple, small inn or guesthouse which is not justify the premium price tag .A sincere thank you to Camie and the front desk team for making our stay pleasant through their remarkable service.
