This beautiful home is a comfortable and relaxing retreat, and a perfect home base to begin your Colorado adventure. The entire house has high-end finishes throughout. High-end appliances with a 5 piece gas burner stove. Also included, is a wine cooler and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen has custom cabinets, soft close drawers, and beautiful granite countertops. This house was meant for dinner parties and entertainment with friends and family.
Moving on to the bedrooms, There is a large master suite downstairs, with an on- suite bathroom. This bedroom includes 1 king and 1 queen. There is a 2nd bedroom with 2 queens.There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room. The upstairs living room has a high-efficiency wood burning fire place, which is perfect anytime of year. A Bose stereo fills the room with great sound as well. The downstairs living room features a 65 inch HD TV with HD channel subscription and high-speed internet. The downstairs living room also has a piano, pool table, and exercise equipment.
And finally, the outdoors. The view outside the house is amazing year round. The outdoor entertainment area is large, and is fully furnished. There is a gas grill and plenty of seating for parties of all sizes. The porch is covered and makes for a great place to relax, and is never too hot in the summer, and surprising warm the rest of the year. The home is situated in a great, centrally located, and desireable part of Colorado Springs. 5 Minutes to downtown and to the Garden of the gods. Kissing Camels Country Club is right down the street. Great biking trails, that can take you almost anywhere in town within a few minutes. The interstate is 5 minutes away. This property has a secluded 1 acre lot with a large open valley as a backyard. Lots of wildlife and beautiful views abound. The views of the Front Range and Pikes Peak are among the best in town, with great convenience to everything that makes Colorado so beautiful.

We loved it! Richard notified us in advance that the oven was broken, and the dishwasher door needed gentle handling. The location, bedrooms, living space, kitchen were great for our group of 7. The best part is the deck with a view of the mountains. You can't see the neighbors, and the back lot has no neighbors. Highly recommend!

The view off the covered deck was awesome. House was in a great location and very convenient. Communication was excellent. We were very happy and would stay again

We had three generations of family stay, we had plenty of space, everything we needed and a fantastic view. We spent mornings together making breakfast in the kithchen with games at the table and binocolars out on the deck. The days ended in the basement playing games, pool and piano. The layout was perfect for us. Communication was clear and responses timely before and during our stay.

I really hate leaving a review like this, but felt compelled. Received a message from the owner the day of check-in that they had not rented out the property in several years, and you could tell. Everything outside was very overgrown, which made it hard to pull into the driveway, and made pulling out almost dangerous, as there was an overgrown bush that blocked the view when trying to pull out from one side. The master bedroom had a strong wet dog smell, and there was a faint smell of feces coming from behind a door in the bathroom. There was also a musty smell throughout the house, from what I can tell, they have some water leak issues, as indicated by damage on the wall in the living room and multiple areas of the ceiling in the basement. The last couple of nights we were there, we could hear an animal of some sorts in the ceiling on the master bedroom. Most of the beds were hard as a rock, but that's more of a personal preference. Really loved the location, the views were absolutely amazing, and it put us perfectly where we could access the city. The home just needs a good refresh to get it back to what it could be.
