Great value for the price. Friendly and helpful staff. Good room facilities including a lovely quiet fridge. Delicious food. Good decor especially downstairs. Comfortable bed. Automatic lights in the halls and corridors. Pleenty of wardrobe space and hangars. Beach access nearby.
Shower was quite a weak flow. Window blind broken.

Good location not too far from beach and town centre.
Very friendly manager.
Comfortable, clean rooms.
Everything was fine.

Ideal location for family
Disappointed about a few things in the room - curtains did not run on rail properly/cover all of windows naturally, unable to use plugs at one side of bed, no bedside shelf/unit at one side of bed, damaged carpet and door base into wet floor shower bathroom

It was in Nairn where we wanted to stay.
Parking was limited, not very clean as carpets stained, walls were dirty.
Went to the bar at 9.00 only to be told it was closing even although people were eating and as it was a bit out of town nowhere else close by.
