Reception manager was very much helpful in detailing the issues, timing and helpful with the transport.
Room service staff behavior is rude. When I asked for an extra towel he ignored was showing very attitude

It’s a very new property so everything was good. It was bit away from Tirupathi city but cannot be an issue. Breakfast was very good. Though they don’t have a restaurant they have tied up with a Restaurant nearby who sends the breakfast but you can enjoy Dinner at the Restaurant which is 1000 mts from the Hotel.
I strongly recommend if your stay is for one or two nights
