This renovated two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the second floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the Gulf from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! It is just steps to the beach which allows you to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and the guest bedroom has two new full size beds. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The modern style, open kitchen has nice granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room TV size is 65 smart Tv", while both bedroom TV sizes are 48 inch smart tv for your enjoyment, the master bedroom is a 50 inch smart Tv as well. The condo is fully tiled throughout. The open patio allows you to enjoy the beautiful tropical breezes. We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200.00 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If reservations are canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, the funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 cancellation fee. If reservations are canceled within 30 days of arrival date the funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If reservations are cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be forfeited.

This is our second time staying In this unit and the view literally can’t be beat. The unit is always clean and well kept however be mindful , it’s not like typical short term rentals. They do not offer paper towels in the kitchen. Only one dishwasher tab and only one bar of soap in each bathroom, one pack for one pot of coffee. If you utilize these things as well as use the washer and dryer , you need to pack those. Also it’s a community washer/dryer so there is a fee with an app you must download. Location is prime!

Views were beautiful. Location was perfect right on the beach. Easy in and out on the second floor which we loved. For the price I expected staples to be available in the unit such as coffee filters, paper towels, more than 1 trash bag, salt and pepper etc. had to make a second trip to the store. Loved Siesta Key will visit again.

I cannot say enough how amazing Unit 21 is. We truly had the most relaxing, luxurious vacation, and it all began with stepping foot into this impeccable condo with its sweeping views of the Gulf. Every inch of the condo was sparkling clean. We loved everything about it, but here are a few things that stood out: the bedrooms were on opposite ends to give privacy, the primary bathroom shower was ahh-mazing, the balcony overlooking the beach was one of our favorite places to hang out with its comfortable chairs, and the beds and other furniture were very comfortable. I slept better than I have in months. The bar was set high with this unit, and I am already eager to return!!!

We took two of our son's friends and we all had a great time. The condo was clean & enough space for everyone & the view was perfect.We hope to come back.again.
