The Loom Boutique Hotel

We had an absolutely amazing stay at The Loom Hotel! From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcome and well taken care of. Everything was wonderful, and the hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you goes to Grace! ❤️ She made our stay truly unforgettable. Grace is such a kind, warm-hearted, attentive and professional person. She went above and beyond to help us with everything, especially organizing our wonderful cruise to Ha Long Bay. She took care of every detail, answered all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. We always felt that we were in the best hands. What makes Grace so special is that she genuinely cares about her guests. Her kindness, dedication and personal attention made such a difference to our experience. She is a true treasure and an incredible asset to the hotel! We cannot thank Grace and the entire team enough for their outstanding hospitality. We would absolutely recommend The Loom Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would love to come back! Thank you so much, dear Grace, for making our time in Hanoi so special! You truly deserve the highest praise! ❤️

Great central location. Very helpful staff.

A bit small and cramped. Rooms only just big enough. Pool not worth a mention really. Breakfast very average and low ceilings (I found it hard to stand up straight)

We had a misunderstanding with the night man about our arrival time but it was resolved verry good as we had an upgrade and was treated like royalty after harry was really good with us and and resolved everything in a really good manner and verry professional

Our stay for the night was verry present and was just a small mistake and was resolved good

Location was great , design was cool , staff were incredibly helpful and positive

I had a room with no window , so the air was stagnant and the aircon just was not powerful another to handle that. Plus the robes provided were not cleaned properly , I found other peoples hair on them.
