A thoughtful layout and sophisticated material palette define the interiors, where WHITE OAK FLOORING, ITALIAN FINISHES, and CUSTOM LIGHTING lend a warm, curated feel. On the main level, an inviting guest bedroom features a QUEEN BED and abundant sunlight, paired with a beautifully finished bath featuring a MARBLE TUB/SHOWER. The nearby PRIMARY SUITE offers an intimate creekside escape with a KING BED, PRIVATE PATIO, FLAT-SCREEN TV, and the soothing sound of flowing water. A CIRCULAR HOT TUB sits just steps away, providing a private spa-like retreat after days spent exploring the MOUNTAIN TRAILS or SKI SLOPES. The lower level features a dedicated MEDIA ROOM designed for relaxation and connection, complete with plush seating, a 70-INCH TV, and a FOOSBALL TABLE—perfect for APRES-SKI MOVIE NIGHTS or casual downtime with family and friends.

Upstairs, the GREAT ROOM captures sweeping views of AJAX PEAK and fills with natural light throughout the day. A GAS FIREPLACE, LARGE SECTIONAL, and private deck overlooking the creek create an inviting atmosphere for lounging or gathering. The space flows seamlessly into the DINING AREA with seating for eight and a GOURMET KITCHEN outfitted with QUARTZ COUNTERTOPS, custom cabinetry, and HIGH-END APPLIANCES. Bar seating for three allows for casual meals, while a conveniently located powder room serves this level.

Just beyond the great room, an UPPER-LEVEL KING SUITE offers another peaceful refuge with a PRIVATE BALCONY, FLAT-SCREEN TV, and a modern en suite bathroom featuring a GLASS SHOWER and elegant finishes.
