Traditional Japanese style accommodation but with beds! The decor, the furniture were all traditional style, which definitely made my stay in Kanazawa feel more authentic. I didn't use them, but all the dishware was traditional too, which I adored. The "balcony" is actually a huge terrace with a beautiful view out. The location was a convenient walk to Higashi Chaya District.
The host, Chisato, was very accommodating and I was able to meet her at the bar she owns (Bar W). She's fantastic! Very friendly and genuine!
If I come back to Kanazawa, I'd definitely return to stay here again.
The shower room was downstairs, which as a part of traditional accommodation, it actually makes sense, when you think it thru (old traditional accommodations were not built with personal bathrooms, rather people used public baths). But it was still for private use, so I didn't mind.

We loved how spacious the apartment was and the different areas of usage including a 3 season enclosed sitting room and an outdoor patio!

The room was extremely nice and so was the staff
It's a really good experience especially being so close to the chaya district and Kanazawa castle
There are cool amenities in the room like floor pads and bean bags to sit on and a makeup mirror by the bed in the closet
Had a griddle with a pot and pan along with lots of dishes so you can save money cooking for yourself
There are good restaurants nearby like Coco's and Kanazawa curry laboratory
Close and easy to navigate to Kanazawa station and it's easy to get to the beach
If you are staying in Kanazawa it's honestly a good pick and very worth the money
There aren't any complaints from my end
