The setting of the cottage is lovely and the driveway parking was ideal. The attention to detail surpassed our expectations.
For us the bed (a double against a wall on one side) was small and awkward.

Loved the outside garden. Very cute accommodation, tastefully decorated. Nice and quiet.
The bed was very restrictive being up against the wall. No where to put our suitcases.

Good location, quiet, residential, but only 15 min from the harbor!
Should have paid more attention to the listing! The full size bed, was situated next to a wall, and the foot of the bed was maybe 15”!from a shelf unit!
When you are our age, you probably need a couple of bathroom
breaks in the middle of the night? Climbing over each other to accomplish that was doable but not what we would have chosen.

The cottage is the perfect stay for a quiet and private getaway. It beats staying at an attached private suite or hotel any day. The hosts have put a lot of care and attention to making the space a home away from home. My partner appreciated the complimentary snacks and I was in absolute awe over the female hygiene products available as well as the hair tools!
While not an issue for me, I must point out that the driveway is narrow so anyone coming with a large vehicle or truck might consider parking on the street instead. The bathroom is also on the narrow side.
