Inside, you'll find a bright, open-concept living space with soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and stunning views from the oversized deck, complete with comfortable outdoor seating and a gas grill.

The main living area is the perfect place to unwind—cozy up by the fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the large smart TV, or gather around the dining table for meals that bring everyone together. The dining area seats 8, with seating for 4 more at the kitchen island, making it ideal for everything from holiday dinners to casual breakfasts.

The lower level is designed for fun, relaxation, and making memories together. This spacious retreat features three additional bedrooms, a cozy second living area with a plush sectional and large smart TV, plus direct walkout access to the backyard.
Challenge your group to a friendly game night with plenty of entertainment for all ages, then let the kids enjoy their very own bonus game room—a space designed just for them to play, laugh, and unwind while the adults relax upstairs or by the fire.

As our guest, you’ll have access to the Galena Territory Owners’ Club, featuring indoor and seasonal outdoor pools, waterslides, a kiddie pool, fitness and game rooms, basketball and tennis courts, playground, WiFi, and more. You can also enjoy Lake Galena, the Shenandoah Riding Center, and miles of hiking trails throughout the Territory. Good to know: The home may not have enough amenity cards for your entire group. Additional passes are available for $5 per day. Amenities may have additional fees, seasonal hours, or occasional closures, and availability is not guaranteed.

Important Booking Information: A 30% payment is due at booking, with the remaining balance automatically charged 14 days before arrival. At that time, the reservation becomes non-refundable and dates cannot be changed. A rental agreement will be emailed after booking and must be signed within 48 hours. The primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay. Because our cancellation policy is firm, we strongly recommend travel insurance, available through CSA at booking or up to 15 days before arrival. All payment amounts and due dates will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement. There is a $200 pet fee associated with a dog stay. Please be sure to check the pets box when booking.

You’ll receive a link to your Guest Guide at booking with everything you need for your stay. Your entry code will appear under the Welcome tab 3 days before arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed and can only be considered the night before or morning of arrival. Your Guest Guide will provide details on how to request it.
