It’s a brand new building w private security and parking , gated community and has cameras , the area outside the Airbnb it’s kind of sketchy, it’s old and abandoned part of the city , anyways is a great place to be center and save money.

Brand new apartment. 10 minute Uber from Zona T. All the entertainment at a fraction of the price. Quiet neighborhood. I could live here!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the building is practically brand new. I also really appreciated having 24-hour security, which made us feel safe during our stay. There are grocery stores and food stands very close by, which was extremely convenient.
The only downside was that one night, some neighbors played very loud music until the early hours of the morning, and it could be heard clearly inside the apartment. Fortunately, some of us can sleep with a little noise, but I understand this could be a significant issue for guests who are more sensitive to noise.
Overall, we had a very good stay and would consider staying here again.
