The Südwind 13 vacation rental in the idyllic seaside resort of Zempin on the island of Usedom combines a beachfront location, modern living comfort, and numerous amenities for an all-around relaxing vacation. Located just about 300 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to the sea while also experiencing the peaceful atmosphere of one of Usedom’s smallest seaside resorts. Zempin is centrally located between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, making it an ideal starting point for days at the beach, walks, bike rides, and excursions in all directions across the island.

The approximately 65-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the building and features large, bright windows that flood the rooms with light and create a pleasant living environment. The open-concept living area is cozy and equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate even during the cooler months. A flat-screen TV allows you to stream Amazon Prime and Netflix using your own account, ensuring relaxing evenings after an eventful day at the beach.

The modern kitchen is open to the living area and features all the essential appliances, including an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher. It’s the perfect place to prepare meals together or enjoy a leisurely breakfast before a day at the beach. A special highlight is the large, covered south-facing balcony, which is furnished with comfortable seating and enjoys sun all day long—ideal for relaxing in the fresh Baltic Sea air.

The vacation rental features two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and its own flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a bunk bed and a dresser and is ideal for children. The modern bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, providing additional comfort. A high chair is also available.

A special bonus of this vacation complex is its communal facilities: a swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room are available for guests to use on-site, making the vacation rental attractive year-round. An elevator provides convenient access to the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and can be used for a fee.

Everything is taken care of to ensure a worry-free start to your vacation: All beds are made upon arrival, plenty of towels are provided, and a basic supply of all essentials is available. Free Wi-Fi, a parking space, and a carport for bicycles round out the amenities. The Südwind 13 vacation rental is thus an ideal vacation home for couples and families who appreciate proximity to the beach, comfort, and additional wellness amenities on Usedom.
