This elegant 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is ideal for families or small groups seeking the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure — with deeded beach access located directly across the street for quick and easy trips to the sugar-white sand and Gulf waters.
Step inside and enjoy the charm of this bright and spacious retreat. The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room. Unwind with your favorite shows on the smart TV, or step out onto the private balcony to soak in the refreshing sea breeze and beautiful coastal sunsets.
Sleeping accommodations include:
• Two king bedrooms, offering comfort and privacy for a restful night’s sleep
• A third bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and trundle, perfect for kids or additional guests
• A queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out the sleeping arrangements
For your convenience, Sandy Toes Retreat includes a renter’s beach closet stocked with beach essentials, making your days on the sand effortless. A wine fridge is also provided to keep your favorite beverages perfectly chilled after a day in the sun. Complex amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a basketball court to get some exercise and keep the kids entertained

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The location and the security in the gated area was excellent. My grandkids were able to walk around outside as if they were at home. We loved the location and the people there were very friendly. Thanks again for your hospitality! The Ducksworth’s

We loved everything about our stay here! Just enough room for us and our 4 kids. It was very clean, a pool on property and the beach was across the street!

The property was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. It's location was great, very close to many restaurants. I was there for a conference so no time for the pool or the beach. However, it would have been nice to have some type of guide book with a map or directions on how to access the beach from the property. It was a bit inconvenient to have to get out of the car to open the gate every time we came back especially in down pours or if you were by yourself.
