The Space:

this home has a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautifully decorated in a tropical theme with soothing blues, greens, and earthy brown tones this unit compliments the resort and its surroundings. B302 is adorned with stylish artwork and furnishings. The unit has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious patio with outdoor furniture. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a sectional with queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a full bath located off the main hallway near the bunk alcove. The primary bedroom features a king bed, sliding patio doors that lead to balcony, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, sliding patio doors leading to balcony, TV, and DVD player. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, private bath, TV, and DVD player. There is a separate laundry room equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access
