Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: A short, step-free walk from the parking space in the underground garage to the elevator and on to the apartment!
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

Swim in the building’s own pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool, for the exclusive use of Berolina guests and owners), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (rackets are provided in the apartment), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Pets are not permitted in this accommodation! Smoking is only permitted on the balcony!

You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B.
In Building D, there is one shared laundry room on each floor from 1 to 4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).

IMPORTANT—Good to Know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
