The location was near where I had my birthday dinner. The accessible room especially the bathroom was awesome. We did not get to do breakfast because we had to head back to Detroit for an appointment.
I was embarrassed by being told I had no reservation. After producing my confirmation number and finding reservation, was then told that they had to confirm my payment (I produced that also), but it had not shown up in the system.
