A charming place. Mixture of modern and old. Three levels of spectacular balconies. Superb view. Pleasant owner.

This is difficult. I booked an economy twin room. It was ensuite, but the room was very small, and access to the balcony was down two corridors. For an extra 15 lari, I got a superb room, spacious, lght, comfortable, and well decorated.

Bathroom was not clean and had a lot of mold on the walls. The room we were given was not the one we had booked and the host told us that someone else was occupying that room but we could move into it after they left the following day (we opted to stay so we didn’t have to move our stuff again). The Internet did not show up most of the time and was super slow. Location itself was difficult to find even with host’s instructions.

The location and the view from the terrace are absolutely exceptional — we couldn’t have wished for anything better. Everything is quiet and peaceful, and even in rainy weather the spacious terraces make it possible to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful nature and mountain views.

The main issue for us was the check-in arrangement. I was travelling to celebrate my birthday with invited friends, and because we were arriving very early after a long journey, we had agreed in writing in advance that I would book the room for one extra night so that it would be ready for us when we arrived. The hosts confirmed that they would arrange this themselves and that the room would be waiting for us. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the hosts seemed completely unaware of the arrangement and told us that all the rooms were occupied. It appeared that our previous agreement through Booking had simply been forgotten. Instead, we were offered two different rooms and told that after 12:00 we could move into a triple room, which was still not the room we had originally booked. Only the following day did we finally get the beautiful room we had chosen and were looking forward to. This was the main inconvenience during our stay, especially after a long overnight journey. The house itself has a lot of history and character. It is large, beautiful and clearly decorated with care and personality, although we felt that the overall cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom in the triple room on the second floor is very small, especially if three people are staying in the room. The triple room on the third floor, which we had originally chosen, was excellent — spacious, beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for.
