Great location, responsive manager.
The household waste bin was only in the WC. It is also desirable in the living room. There were no clothes hangers for suits, shirts. I hope this can be solved.

Расположен в центре центра Еревана, идеально.
Туалетные принадлежности неплохого качества и все в наличии.
Наличие холодильника.
Удобная большая кровать.
Есть холодильник, чайник, хороший фен в номере.
Приятная улыбчивая хозяйка.
Магазины-Метро-достопримечательности-рестораны - все все тут есть.
На сайте нет информации, что это не отель, а апартаменты на 4 этаже дома, что усложняет обнаружение.
Наверх пешком, к лифту нужен ключ карта, которого нет. С самого верха еще 2 продета внутри «отеля», а если номер на самом верху - еще 2 пролета чердачного формата ступенек - совсем не для каждого гостя подходит - это стоит указывать в описании.
Уборки не было ни разу за 4 дня, масло не забирали, туалетную бумагу не приносили.
Номер ну оооочень маленький (в комнате помещается кровать-стеллаж-холодильник и все. Чисто на поспать. При такой цене это ну очень тесно.
