Very clean and very friendly staff, couldn’t do enough for you. I would highly recommend Lumera Hotel

Great location, great pizzas and food until late. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
More ways to hang things in the room would be great and breakfast could have a little more variety.

Friendly Staff.
The hotel felt more like a 2–3-star hotel than the 5-star standard advertised. The standing air conditioning in the second bedroom was very noisy, preventing the children from sleeping properly. There were no duvets, and the room was freezing.
There was no bottled water in the room, and the tea-making facilities were very basic, consisting of a mug, a plastic spoon and just two tea bags. Check-out was listed as 10:30 am on Booking.com, but we were told upon arrival that it was 10:00 am. Although the staff were friendly and breakfast was decent, the overall facilities and comfort fell short of expectations.
