This detached, non-smoking house was originally part of a historic brickworks and today combines the charm of bygone days with modern living comfort. Following a comprehensive, eco-friendly renovation, the house now features a stylish, modern, Scandinavian-inspired design. With 125 m² of living space, there is ample room for up to 6 people in four rooms spread over two floors.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area forms the heart of the house and features a bright, welcoming atmosphere as well as a sweeping view of the natural garden. A cozy sofa area, armchairs, and a dining area invite you to relax. Wi-Fi, internet, satellite TV, and games provide entertainment. A desk is available for handling small tasks.

The three bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds and offer the ideal conditions for restful nights.

The fully equipped kitchen features an induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, espresso machine, and a wide range of kitchen utensils.

The two bathrooms offer modern amenities, including walk-in showers, a bathtub, a toilet, a sink, a window, a mirror, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. A sauna—integrated as an outdoor sauna in the garden area—provides relaxing wellness moments.
