Host was easy to contact and was available to answer my concern. Especially since I booked it for my daughter (18) and her friend (19). Central location and closed to subway lines made it easy for my daughter and her friend explore Seoul.

1. The room was spacious; there is space to open 3 big luggage at the same time, The room is equipped with a small sofa, table, ref and microwave. Free wifi and there is aircon and hot water shower (also toiletries available).
2. The building has free laundry machines and there is also kitchen.
3. The location is surrounded by many restaurants, convenient stores and subway and bus are close.
4. Staffs are very accommodating and they reply fast.
No elevator, though the stairs are not that high. Maybe there is easier way to bring the luggage up, but we did not ask the owner since ours is 2nd floor only.
