This property was so cozy and comfortable with excellent access to so many things central to New York. The staff was also extremely accommodating. When the tv wasn’t working in our room, we alerted them and they were up to fix in less than 15 minutes. They also allowed us a last minute layer checkout time. The staff was such a pleasure to be around, we really felt cared for and taken care of.
Nothing!

The “property” is quite limited. The lobby has no coffee, no food, and the desk fellows are limited for helping the guests.
The room is very good. Clean, with very good heat and cool. Bed is great and bathroom ( although it is very small) is clean. The room is cleaned everyday.
As noted, there are no “extras” in the lobby.

Rent og ryddig. Veldig sentralt men fortsatt ikke i et alt for travelt område.
Til tider litt lytt fra rommene til gangen.
