Very friendly owner, everything is still new, and with a room on the inner court I have not one time heard the busy street in front of the location (with the door closed of course).
No bad things. There were just some things that could be better, which they are indeed going to improve because it is all new, to make it all work even better. They are still a bit in trial and error phase, so by the time you are reading this it will be even better than when I was here.

This is self-check-in in a relatively safe neighborhood near the Botanical Garden and walking distance to Museo Archeological. Fantastic Seafood Restaurant right across the street. The owner Allesandro was very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and quiet with the AC. Room was small but efficient and newly renovated. Coffee machine in rooms. Filtered water in taps in reception.
No breakfast until the breakfast room is ready in a couple of months. Be prepared to carry your luggage up one flight. Otherwise everything is fine.

Everything was spotless and brand new. Alex was very helpful to us!
I would not recommend travelling with the car to Napoli. Parking is extremely difficult or expensive!

I’m always very particular about the cleanliness of a place and this place was exceptionally clean! The room was well-designed and the facilities were fab! There was even a sparkling water tap in the lobby. The staff were so kind and they really cared that we enjoyed our stay. The street is loud but the windows did an amazing job at blocking the sound out - it was impressive. Would stay here again!
The mattress was a little on the firmer side for me but I know this is personal preference. The location is great for sightseeing but the general cleanliness of the surrounding area is quite poor. This is not something the hotel can control at all but worth a mention incase this matters to some guests. The street often has rubbish piling up and dog feces everywhere. So if you want a more up-market location then this may not be for you.
