From there, the space opens into a comfortable open-concept living area that combines the kitchenette and living room, creating a practical layout for relaxing, gathering, or unwinding after a day out. Please note the kitchenette is equipped for light use only, with a fridge, stovetop and microwave, and does not include an oven, or dishwasher—making it best suited for simple meals or takeout during your stay.

The suite includes two queen bedrooms and a sofa bed suitable for one additional guest, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. One of the bedrooms is especially spacious and provides a roomy, comfortable feel for a basement suite. There is also a separate office-style area with a desk, chair, whiteboard, and an exercise bike, ideal for guests working remotely or maintaining their routine while travelling. The space features white kitchen cabinetry, touches of blue décor, and some greenery accents that add warmth and character throughout, creating a simple, functional, and welcoming place to stay.

Chestermere is primarily a car-friendly community, but public transit options are available for commuting into Calgary. From Kinniburgh Gardens, guests can access nearby Chestermere commuter bus service, which runs limited peak-hour routes connecting residents to key transit hubs and downtown Calgary during weekday mornings and evenings.

For more frequent transit connections, the closest major hub is the East Hills / Stoney Trail area (East Calgary), about a 10–15 minute drive away. From there, guests can access Calgary Transit bus routes and the MAX Purple / regional connections, making it easier to travel into downtown Calgary and other parts of the city.
