I was born in Pescara, where I currently live. I have a law degree and have been a freelance professional in the financial sector—specializing in mortgages and loans—for about 20 years. Excellent relationships are the foundation of my success, and I’ll strive to do the same in this new venture. The apartment is located in a very central area with all the amenities you could need, right next to the pedestrian zone where you’ll find bars, restaurants, and shops. In just 5 minutes, you can reach the waterfront, where you’ll find well-equipped beaches and beach clubs offering all kinds of dishes—especially pizza, seafood, and excellent meat. The building’s central location makes it easy to walk along the main streets and reach the beach. Parking is available both for free and for a fee.
