It was one of the finest hotels in PCB for us. First, the elevator arrived within seconds at any time of day. Second, the hotel overall was impressive, with everything very clean and no odor in the halls, stairs, or elevator. Third, the condo itself was very clean, and all facilities were brand new or in excellent condition. The Gulf view from the 22nd floor is fantastic. The beach was never crowded, so we always had space to sit with the kids.
For the first time, I cannot identify anything negative or requiring improvement; we will certainly return.
