The first floor features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a toilet and washing machine, as well as a separate restroom. Upstairs, there are 2 rooms and an additional sleeping area. The apartment features a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, a TV area with a large, cozy seating area, and a pool table.
