Welcome to Casa Orione, a cozy loft in the heart of Navigli, one of Milan's most iconic neighborhoods.Located on the second floor (no elevator/lift) of a typical "casa di ringhiera" (traditional Milanese tenement house), it combines the charm of Old Milan with modern comforts.
Overlooking a peaceful inner courtyard, it guarantees a relaxing stay while being just a few steps away from Porta Ticinese, restaurants, bars, and trams to the Duomo.
Completely renovated in July 2024.
The Space:
The ApartmentThe loft is spread over two levels:
Sleeping area: Located on a comfortable mezzanine floor, featuring a double bed, custom-made wardrobes, and charming exposed wooden beams.
Living area: A bright space with two windows overlooking the peaceful inner courtyard, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and armchairs.
Bathroom: Features a window and is accessed via three short steps.
Amenities & Comfort
- Wi-Fi: Unlimited high-speed fiber-optic internet
- Climate control: Air conditioning and independent heating.
-Self check-in: Safe key box access, allowing you to arrive at any time in total autonomy.
- Hot water: Continuous hot water supplied by an on-demand boiler, ensuring instant hot water whenever you need it.
Guest Access:
The entire flat is at the guest’s complete disposal.
It is on the second floor and there is no lift.
