- 1 entryway
- 1 bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet
- 1 living room with a 180 cm TV
- 1 dining area
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with an island, freezer, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, range hood, oven, and all necessary kitchenware
- 1 laundry room with a refrigerator and a small additional freezer, 1 washing machine, and 1 dryer
- 1 spacious private terrace with a dining area and a superb view of Mont Blanc
Upstairs:
- 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom (toilet, bathtub, and sink) featuring a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a work area, and direct access to the balcony
- 1 second bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet) featuring a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a work area, and large closets
- 1 third en-suite bedroom (sink and bathtub) with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and large closets
- 1 fourth en-suite bedroom (shower and sink) with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and large closets
- 1 guest restroom with sink
Also included with the apartment:
- Two private underground parking spaces
- 1 ski locker with a boot warmer and 1 additional private storage space for other equipment.

The apartment is ideally located right next to the heart of Chamonix and its bars, shops, and restaurants.
A supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away, and you’ll also be right near the town’s main attractions.
For guests arriving by car, two underground parking spaces are included with the apartment. The immediate proximity to the center and public transportation allows you to get around on foot or by bus/train and avoid traffic during peak season.
The Vallot bus stop on Line 1, which serves the Flegère ski lift, is just a few meters from the apartment.
During snowy periods of the year, snow tires or chains are mandatory under Decree No. 2020-1264 of October 16, 2020, regarding the requirement for certain vehicles to be equipped with winter tires or chains. You can find more information on this subject on Légifrance.
