Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, the flat combines modern comforts with the authentic Parisian charm.
Note : this is a duplex connected by a steep interior staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility,.

Perfectly located in the heart of Paris, at the corner of the iconic Rue des Rosiers, this 45sqm apartment is situated on the 4th floor with views over the courtyard and street. Access is via a set of stairs or elevator. The apartment features:
- A spacious living area with a cozy seating (chairs and couch), TV, and a dining space.
- A fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, as well as pots, pans, and cutlery.
- A separate toilet
- Two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a double bed
- A bathroom with a shower, sink, and a hairdryer.
- High-speed Wi-Fi.
All linens and toiletries are provided for your convenience.
Heating and AC are available to ensure a full year of comfort
