About This Space

Welcome to your Port Orange poolside escape, a spacious, pet-friendly home designed for laid-back Florida living! With room for up to 6 guests, a private pool, indoor bar and TV lounge, outdoor grill, full kitchen, two bathrooms, and peaceful pond views with access, this home has plenty of space to relax, hang out, and enjoy your time together. Even better, you’re only about 10 minutes from the beach and conveniently located near Daytona Beach attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Whether you’re planning a family beach trip, a getaway with friends, or bringing your four-legged family member along, this home gives you the space and amenities to make vacation feel easy.

🌴 Private Pool & Outdoor Living

Vacation mode starts in the backyard! Spend sunny Florida afternoons cooling off in the private pool, lounge outside with your favorite drink, or fire up the grill for an easy dinner at home.

The backyard overlooks a peaceful pond with pond access, adding a relaxing backdrop to your mornings and evenings. Sip your coffee by the water, enjoy the Florida sunshine, or wind down outside after a day at the beach.

🍹 Your Own Indoor Bar & Hangout Space

One of our favorite features of the home is the indoor bar and bonus hangout area. Grab a drink, turn on the TV, and settle in for a game, movie night, or a casual evening without having to leave the house.

The extra lounge space gives your group more room to spread out, so everyone doesn’t have to gather in one room. It’s especially great for families, couples traveling together, or friends looking for a home with more than just the basics.

🍳 Full Kitchen

Prefer breakfast at home before hitting the beach? Planning a poolside dinner? The full kitchen gives you the flexibility to cook and dine on your own schedule.

Whether you’re making morning coffee and a quick breakfast or preparing a full meal for the group, you’ll have a functional kitchen right at home—plus the outdoor grill when you’d rather cook outside.

🛏️ Room for Up to 6 Guests

The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with plenty of room to relax between beach days and adventures. With two full bathrooms, getting everyone ready in the morning is a little easier, too!

🐾 Pet Friendly

No need to leave your furry family member behind! This home is pet friendly, making it a great option for guests traveling with their dogs. Enjoy walks around the neighborhood, time outside, and plenty of nearby opportunities to explore the Port Orange and Daytona Beach area together.

🌊 About 10 Minutes to the Beach

When you’re ready for sand and surf, the beach is only about 10 minutes away. Spend the day swimming, soaking up the sun, or exploring the coastline, then come home and jump straight into your own private pool.

The Port Orange location also puts you within easy reach of Daytona Beach, local restaurants and bars, shopping, entertainment, and plenty of Florida fun while giving you a comfortable home base away from the busiest tourist areas.
