Easy arrival: you let yourself in with an entry code that we send after booking, any time between 16:00 and 23:00. Longer stays are welcome.

One room, 20 m²: the sleeping area, a small sitting area, a dining table and the kitchen share one open-plan room (no separate bedroom). There is 1 queen bed with a good-quality mattress, and the studio sleeps 2 guests. There is 1 bathroom with a shower cabin.

Kitchen and comforts: the kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker and cooking basics. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV. Hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom; iron, ironing board and drying rack; bed linen and towels.

The whole studio is yours for the length of your stay: the open-plan living area with its kitchen and sitting area, the sleeping area, the bathroom with shower cabin and the balcony. The studio has its own private entrance, and the building has an elevator. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

The nearest doctor is about 2.3 km away.

Once you are here, the beach, shops and cafes are within walking distance, so you can get around town on foot. If you arrive by car, there is free street parking nearby. By road, Chania airport is approx. 65 km away and Heraklion airport approx. 80 km; Chania port (Souda) is approx. 55 km away and Heraklion port approx. 80 km.

Good to know before you book: this is a compact 20 m² open-plan studio for up to 2 guests, with the bed in the main room rather than in a separate bedroom. The balcony looks towards the hills of Rethymno, not the sea. Check-in is from 16:00 to 23:00 and check-out is by 10:00; early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability - please ask in advance. The studio is in a residential building, so quiet hours apply from 14:00 to 18:00 and from 23:00 to 08:00. Parties and events are not allowed, pets are not allowed, and visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted. A valid ID or passport is required for every guest, as required by Greek law.
