The space
We took our time with this one. The navy walls, the walnut, the brass mirror — none of it came out of a landlord's catalog. We wanted a place we'd want to wake up in.

🛏️ THE BEDROOM
A king bed against a deep navy wall, upholstered headboard, full-length mirror. Blackout curtains for the mornings you'd rather sleep in.

🌿 THE ALCOVE
A queen bed in its own olive-green room, closed off by full-height curtains rather than a door. We'd rather say so now — it's lovely, but it isn't a second private bedroom and sometimes turns out to be the best that way for a family with kids. No doors to be locked behind.

🛋️ THE LIVING ROOM
A deep sofa that opens into a real bed for two more (and yes it is that viral TikTok couch), a smart TV, and a walnut coffee table that you can pull up for a study table or dining on the couch, with board games tucked inside.

🍳 THE KITCHEN
Full-size range, oven and dishwasher against a dark marble backsplash. Coffee's on us. Cooking supplies and Spices for days.

🛁 THE BATHROOM
One full bath — concrete-look tile, matte black fixtures, and a deep soaking tub that's better than it needs to be. Fresh Towels and bathroom essentials.

🧺 Washer/dryer in the unit, fast Wi-Fi, and AC in each room

Guest access
The whole apartment is yours — no shared doors, no host wandering through.

🅿️ YOUR PARKING SPACE
One covered garage spot, included. No circling the block at 10pm,
no meters, no scraping ice off the windshield in February.

🧖 SAUNA, GYM & YOGA STUDIO
All downstairs, all included, no booking window and no time limit. After a long day of walking Yale's campus, the sauna is the best thing in this building.

🔑 GETTING IN
Self check-in with a smart lock. Right on the first floor, secure lobby, and a package room if you've shipped something ahead.

🚲 Bike storage if you brought one.

BRINGING MORE PEOPLE?
We host a second apartment downstairs in this same building. Book both and you've got two kitchens, two baths, and room for twelve. Lovely for two families travelling together, or a wedding party who'd rather not be scattered across town.

The queen is behind curtains, open to the living room rather than a separate bedroom. Wonderful for families with kids and friends. If you need
two fully private rooms, this isn't your place — and we'd rather tell you now.

🛁 ONE BATHROOM
One full bath for the apartment.

🌙 QUIET HOURS 10PM–8AM
People live here year-round, and they're lovely. Please carry it gently in the halls. No parties or events — that one we can't bend on.

🚭 No smoking or vaping anywhere in the building.

☕ We leave you coffee, tea, and the basics to get started.

🚉 GETTING AROUND
State Street Station is 3 minutes on foot — Shore Line East, Hartford Line, Amtrak, and peak Metro-North. Union Station is 6 by car, Tweed about 15.
