I loved the fact that you can walk to quite a few places from the hotel. The hotel was ritzy and fancy, felt very expensive. We loved the pool (it was HUGE) and the hottubs, the view from our room was AMAZING😍 The staff was very accommodating. We loved having so many restaurant options without having to leave the hotel. The elevator staff are so super friendly and fun. The bathtubs are COMFY💖 and we loved the jets in them and also how the door opened into the bedroom. Wallpaper in the bathroom was beautiful. All of the lights made the room bright which is great. I could continue but that's all I'll say. Hotel was amazing 😁 Oh oh oh and for the life of me I cannot remember his name but at TGIF there was 1 waiter from India been in Canada for 18 years he said. He was the mist friendly amazing guy you'd ever want to meet. Whatever they are paying him it's not enough. He deserves a huge raise. He made our night and told us about the fireworks display and let us leave half way through our meal to go watch them from the lobby balcony. GET THIS MAN A RAISE.

The elevators on the 9th floor were tricky we pushed the buttons and waited for 10 minutes watching the elevators go up and down passed the floor and not stop to get us. The only other thing which I'm thinking was booking.coms fault was I booked this hotel a while ago to celebrate my husband and i's 5th anniversary and when we got to the hotel very late, they didn't have the room we had booked. (Jr. Presidential fallsview) they were able to get us the room for the 2nd night however and to compensate they gave us complimentary free breakfast the next morning and free parking of our choice. So the staff was awesome I'm just not sure where the mix up occurred. But I am thinking it may be booking.com unfortunately. Other then that our stay was amazing and again the staff was beyond tremendous so we really have no complaints. Thank you for a great stay

The view from the room is excellent. I can see the whole fall. At night, it is great to view the light show.

The walk down to the fall is a bit far and the escalator only works until 23:00. Given the room is rather expensive, it would be nice for the hotel to keep the escalator as free for hotel guests

The staff was nice. Our room was #2314 & we loved the view but the room was so hot you couldn’t hardly sleep. You didn’t really sleep until the early morning until it cooled down outside.We turned on the air conditioning & it didn’t help. We went downstairs twice & we told both times it was a west window & that was the way it was. I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone & wouldn’t come back.

Yes I asked to have the air conditioner checked because our room was so hot & was told that it was because we had a room on the west side. We closed all the windows all day & night to try cool room down & it didn’t help.
