Great location, unique home, large room, outdoor garden. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious.
Parking lot hard to use, narrow spaces. Our room was close to a stairwell door that would slam loudly . This woke us if someone came in late or arrived early in the morning. Maybe a sign on door to close door gently rather than letting it slam?

The historic property is lovely. Our room was spacious and bright, and the bed was very comfortable…a great night’s sleep. The made-to-order breakfast was wonderful, with pastries too delicious to resist! I had the vegetarian quiche, my husband had the berry crepes…yum! Lots of special attention and fancy touches make this boutique hotel a cut above!
The fancy shower head system was wasted on us, we didn’t know how to use it. The room was large enough for a small sitting area for two, it would be more comfortable to have it set up that way. We could have driven to the attractions, but elected to use our WEGO passes, and do a lot of walking…maybe too much for us, because Grandview is midway between the stops.

We had a wonderful week with great accomodations, delicious breakfasts and a friendly welcoming staff. The Hotel itself is nothing short of charming. We so enjoyed the balcony off of our room wirh a beautiful view of the Niagara River. We left our balcony door open a lot and could hear the falls.
The trip was perfect.
