Sheraton Suites Chicago O'Hare

Hôtel près de l'Aéroport, bien équipé, n'est pas très moderne, mais fait le job en ramenant un peu de confort et de repos.

Aurait besoin de quelques modernisations, à part ça, rien à redire.

Excellent fitness room.

Location and shuttle services

Breakfast closes at 1000 a bit early for late night arrivals

The room was clean and mostly well cared for. The parking location was convenient. Check-in was quick, and so was check-out. It was also conveniently close to a bus stop.

I was wildly disappointed to find out that not only would breakfast be almost $20 per person. But there was no microwave, not one in the room or anywhere in the facility for me to use. Which meant being forced to spend more money on food. Also, there should be no reason why the cleaning service is knocking on my door at 630 am! Woke me up on my last morning. Also, the bathroom shower didn't drain, so my daughter was standing in water that should have drained out. Parking was $40 per night! Which, yes, is cheaper than some places, but still. This place was not worth the money spent.
