Lovely Hotel, I supposed they were in the process of doing renovations when we stayed there. This hotel is very very local to the mall, stores and restaurants. The kids were so excited. The pool was freezing but it was really nice. Lastly, the bar 🙌🙌🙌
Somethings were a bit inconvenient with having the kids. For example; there was only 1 microwave and it's was locates on the top floor in the laundry room. The tub was a bit old and the paint was peeling.

Cleanliness and the breakfast stand out
My grandchildren said the pool was cold. My son in law said the heater was broken. They only started in the pool a short time. Disappointed

The location was very convenient because it was close to all the locations we wanted to visit and reasonably priced.
I found a sock in the room under the desk that did not belong to myself or my friends.
The pool was freezing when my friend went swimming. She asked if the heat was on in the pool and was told no. When my friend made the request that it be turned on, she was told no it would not. There was still time before the pool would be closing. That is unacceptable customer service.

The room was nice.
The doors locking system was damaged or installed improperly. It did not make me feel safe.
