Any staff member we came in contact with was so nice. You were given 2 complimentary bottle of water upon check in. Everything was easily accesible (pool, gym, front doors, lobby). Location is near a lot of places to eat and shop!

The stuff were helpful and friendly. They provided take out breakfast very early in the morning, good gluten free options were available. Shuttle was good and per request . Location next to shopping mall with many options.

Checking experience was pretty bad.. the front desk services did not serve up to the expectations. Clearly, there was a communication disconnect between the housekeeping team and the front desk, and i had to wait for over 1.5 hours to get to my room.
