I've stayed here at least 6 x. I return because the beds feel like clouds, it's clean, great locations (can get loud in the morning while cleaning is happening), the restaurant is delicious, and it's eco-friendly. However, the main reason is the staff. They are kind and sweet.
My only complaint about it, is the morning cleaning. They are loud. You will hear slamming and clanking. Sometimes loud music from the cleaners, etc...but that's probably why it's so clean. Lol

We felt like we were at a luxury hotel with super posh bedding and robes, excellent service and extra pampering touches (but it was still very budget friendly).
Only small complaint was that we were given a pass for the parking garage, but there was only on space left and it was too small for our vehicle.

Staff was awesome!!!
It was my friend's birthday and they made it so special for her. They brought champagne up to her room. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
We took the Spirit of Portland dinner cruise and the location was excellent.
The bar and restaurant were both closed.

The reception staff were outstanding. We had issues with the booking and they did everything they possibly could to support us. The main issue that the hotel itself is a bit tired. Having stayed at other Staypineapple properties I was not expecting that, as they been very comfortable and well maintained. Again, the hotel tried to help as best they could, but ultimately this was not the experience we had hoped for.
Tired rooms, needed updating from the very old hardly double glazing to some tired and worn rooms. Also, no big lights in the centre of the rooms...had to have every light on in the room just to feel like we weren't in a cellar
