Wyndham DFW Airport

The room was clean and comfortable Breakfast was good with a good selection of hot and cold The pools are great, the whirlpool and sauna a fantastic facility Free laundry is a super bonus Parking is easy

Staff can be a bit rude. We encountered 2 *jobs worth* receptionist. On our Friday evening check in the receptionist appears to hate her job and couldn't be bothered to help us. Despite us asking about the pool hours she didnt provide the lock code so we had to go back again. The receptionist on the morning of the 17th was absolutely rude, implying I was lying about me pre check in. The hotel used a credit card from a previous booking to hold a deposit at the same value as the hotel room cost. We did not authorise that cards use. These 2 members of staff let the hotel down

We have stayed here before. It is a very quirky hotel, that has been refurbished since our last stay. It’s clean, comfortable and has a shuttle to the airport There are shops and a bar nearby. They provide a reasonable breakfast.

Never quite got used to having windows that look into the foyer. Never quite got used to the foyer, which is full of swimming pools and sporting equipment. The rooms can be a little stuffy

Definitely a great value for the money and proximity of the airport are the most important assets of this hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast staff not much interested in guests even though you have option to order something - you need to write down on a paper and then go searching someone hiding.

Good location

Smelled better outside than it did inside. How good it looked whenever you walked in, you’d expect a clean or fresh smell. It was muggy and humid smell. The AC unit also didn’t work very well and was hot most of the night.
