Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown

The location was very close to the Event i was there for . The Philadelphia Cycling Classic. Everything about the Hotel was perfect and the Staff was Wonderful.

There was not anything I didn't like about the Hotel. My expectations were exceeded.

Everything from the welcoming staff, easy parking ,cleanliness, comfortable and the location close to all James at the front desk was so wonderful!!!! The breakfast ladies at the cafe and restaurant were fabulous as well

Only negative was that I didn't add parking to my stay for two days definitely cheaper if I did it from the start I really wanted pancakes for breakfast

The check in staff were very professional and helpful. Derrick helped me when I checked in the 1st night. I had to change my plans and book a 2nd night, Ronaldo very patiently helped me navigate that. There was another gentleman on Saturday morning that helped me arrange things, but I didn't get his name. Anyone who plans to stay, get breakfast added to your payment. The food was delicious. The variety and display was so nice. The shower pressure was fantastic for washing away your travel stress. The lotions and soaps smelled great, kind of masculine but not too much.

I didn't like that I had to go back home. I traveled with my son and he barely wanted to sightsee, he enjoyed the room so much.

City-centre location. Generally good service from the staff.

Value for money was not great. Also, I had a room next to the elevators, which was quite noisy.
