Location was good. Parking available at hotel or right next door (a little cheaper)
Hotel was nice enough. I was annoyed that two weeks before my stay they offered two upgrades (for a cost, not for free) that I agreed to. Having a bigger room would actually benefit us since we had kids with us. When we got to the hotel we did not receive the upgrades and were told they were “only if available.” Then why did you email me and offer them?
Front clerk only looked up twice-to take my id and card and to hand them back. It was a weird interaction. Not even a hello or enjoy your stay.

Property is a great location and easy to enjoy the city
I found the property to not be clean. There was hair in the shower and bathroom floor. The fixtures in the bathroom weren’t wiped down. The lobby area was dusty. For the price of the room I expect clean surfaces

Great location, we walked a lot. It was clean
Not enough pillows, wood couch was uncomfortable and tough TP

The location was was convenient.
The rooms was small and outdated. The main downstairs bathroom had a really bad odor that never went away.
