Location is excellent, a few blocks away from the main train station.

The shower door had a little design flaw that prevented it from fully closing, so the bathroom floor would get a little wet after taking a shower.

Location, heritage status and vibe, my suite was relatively well priced for the extra living room. You can't control the Canadian dollar, so more expensive withe the poor rate THE RESTAURANT WAS INCREDIBLE

2 criticisms were for cleaning 1. There was a bundle of long dark hair on the shower wall before my first shower, I have white hair 2. I didn't plan on any cleaning the second day but someone came in and replaced my coffee, great. BUT left a torn up towel/cleaning rag on my bathroom counter on top of my toothbrush, ugh

Friendly staff, I was able to check in a little earlier than normal, and the checkout in the morning was pleasant with friendly, cheerful group.

The property was great. Very ambient and horror like. I love the dim lighting and the creepy halls.

We booked the King suite with one bedroom and bathroom. The floors were gross, hair from the previous guest was everywhere. There was a wad as big as my format by the door. I’m assuming a cleaner meant to vacuum it up. The vents were filthy, the bedroom one hardly worked and it was filled with gunk that gave me an allergic reaction to where I had trouble breathing(as other energies stated)I have very sensitive airways so unfortunately, I slept on the couch away from my partner who stayed in the bed. Also very hot, San Diego is very hot but the room couldn’t stay cool with sucked.
