I felt like I was actually on vacation, especially with the aesthetics of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and nice.
Everything was perfect. The parking is pretty high, but I’m OK with that.

Great location for seeing Gaslamp Quarter and going to ball park!
A mandatory $70.00 valet charge per night AND the valet could NOT drive a manual transmission auto.

Loved the location and the comfortable style of the property.
Arrived an hour early and disappointed that although our room was available we would be charge 55$ to access the room early. Felt very opportunistic.

Friendly staff
The fee for parking, the shower floor was so dirty stained that we had to wear flip flops to take a shower.
