Location, location, location....short walk to Niagara Falls, interesting neighborhood - lots of Indian cuisine. The room and beds were comfortable and clean, had a working microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker, and A/C,, good parking area. The room decor is a little dated but really is that why you're visiting?! This place is a good value.

Just staying overnight one night to do the falls the next day it served its purpose. We were able to leave the car there and walk down to the falls.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the old old mildew in the grout and the bathroom was just painted over. Never cleaned.

"No breakfast here, but that's ok, owner was very friendly and let us stay parked there the next day, even though we were checking out, we enjoyed our walk to the falls from there."
