The room was surprisingly phenomenal. It was really close to all the attractions!

The hotel is close to Goat island. Its location is excellent for exploration of Niagara falls that can be reached in 15 minutes by foot or 3 minutes by car. There is a pool in the hotel. Breakfast included.
The room for breafast is rather small, so one should come early.

It’s a basic property, limited staff, a basic kettle in the room would have been great to have hot water / tea or coffee.. breakfast spot is very small and hardly find a place to sit, it took time to refill and we didn’t bother to check with staff to refill. We assumed like any other hotel .. house keeping staff will clean the room every day but I think they only do it when it’s called to. Very basic hotel not a great choice for family with kids or parents.
