Convenience to restaurants and shopping. We went for the second time to the US Open and stayed with you both times. Friendly and accommodating staff and hope to return again.

The location and view of the Empire State Building was great
The beds were very uncomfortable and the shower pressure and temperature was horrible. Was very cold for first 4 minutes and then extremely hot. The rooftop bar advised to be open until 12 but we ordered one drink at 10:45 and told it was last call and kitchen was closed to order a late night appetizer
