Location fantastic - round the corner from Grand central Station so easy to access Times Square and theatre district, the subway and a do-able walk to Central Park.
Room quiet. All amenities needed available in the room. Staff friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect the Hotel style for friendly, especially the doorman Shaun., The rooms were cosy and clean all in all perfect for our stay in NY
The breakfast was rather strange for such a good hotel this needs addressing .

The room is very spacious and very tastefully decorated. Layout is also good. Looks exactly like the photo.
We booked a junior suite as we were staying in NYC for 5 nights. To my surprise, the room faces an internal void and has no natural light. The only light you see is the lights in the window opposite. Otherwise, it is completely dark outside and you cannot tell whether it is day or night from the window!
The street on which the hotel is located is a bit dirty and grimy.
